At the beginning  I thought the red provider will give us advantages such as we can switch the micro sim- using the old sim card but it can have the benefits from the new sim card. Asked the customer service at the phone shop and the provider’s customer service, they both explained it can be done. But after Abeh went to the service centre to change the sim card, they said no cant do! as mentioned on the package of sim card that the benefit cannot be transffered to other card emaakk.. bodoohnya, we didn’t even read that notification.

I mean.. if we cannot switch the sim card, I we rather chose other provider than use the same provider for these phones. Why? for comparison and to prevent something happened to one provider, we still can use the other one for backup. But then again, mind my own opinion for this and yo weis lah  from now on Abeh become one of  loyal customer of the red provider..

Nah tadi, aku pun berniat untuk mengasuransikan bebekku yang lucu ini ke gerai tersebut. Namun ternyata, produk yang mereka tawarkan hanya berlaku untuk hp baru yang harus langsung diasuransikan on the same day. Jadi klo belinya hari Sabtu, ya mesti hari Sabtu itu juga diasuransiin juga.

Kalau diliat di websitenya, memang ada 2 produk asuransi. Tapi tadi menurut CS-nya, sekarang hanya program yang untuk hp baru aja yang masih berlaku. Hiikkss , jadi ga berlaku tuh kalo hpnya baru tapi baru beberapa hari kemudian/few days after pembelian didaftarin utk program itu yaa ga bisa. Jadinya aku kecewa deeh.. Huhuhu.

Untungnya, bebekku masih punya asuransi kehilangan dari Axis yang baik. Namun berharap juga, semoga aja si bebekku bisa betah melayaniku jadi ga perlu “diopname” atopun (amit-amit) jangan sampai kutinggalkan bebekku sembarangan
